Every December Lost Wheels MC goes to Vassar Hospital Pediatric Ward to visit the children who are in the hospital rather than at home where they should be.  It is our hope to spread a little happiness and also provide the pediatric ward with something they need.  This year we gave them two rocking chairs and brought gifts for the children.  A big "THANK YOU" goes to Denise who organized the visit and purchased all the gifts for the club.  Thank you to Emmett for being our Santa and to Ed  for sharing his musical talents by playing Christmas songs. A thank you also to the other members who got up early, after a late night party and came to Vassar....Larry, Debbie & Ken.  Thank you to Paul (and Debbie) for being there with their boys to help us give our  gifts.

This visit always helps me remember the true meaning of giving...it's not  just writing a check or saying OK to a donation but rather it's being there to see the children. Today there were hugs, smiles, bright eyes and tears  that I will never forget.
